Big Joe has earned the SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and SRS® (Seller Representative Specialist) designations and specializes in senior relocation and estate sales, helping families navigate some of the most complex real estate transactions there are.  He knows how to help a parent transition to assisted living,. He guides adult children through the process of selling a family home. Joe approaches each situation with compassion and professionalism from two decades in the business.

Big Joe loves buyers. Some of Joe's recent sales include his friends' and clients' adult children, which he says makes him feel ancient, lol, but he is excited about helping future generations obtain homeownership. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), it's Joe's passion to help buyers find the right home at the right price.
